Each role has different responsibilities that can vary throughout the year.

The board works together to cover all needed tasks so if a member cannot complete something there is always a helpful hand on the board.

Meetings take place once a month, in the evening at the school.

Attending all meetings is not mandatory but helpful if members are able to attend.

If an officer like president misses a meeting the next higher member will help run the meeting.

A board term is just one year!
